This camp is for kids 9-13 year's old who have a love of cooking. This years camp will be hosted by First Presbyterian Church at the Davis Hall, where the kids will have full access to  a full commercial kitchen.  We will be having the kids to work in teams of 3 to make snack and lunch together. The kids will be working in a fully immersive camp, where they will be taught what  operating a kitchen day after day looks like. The camper will be taught useful culinary math, used to scale recipes, learning knife skills and basic cooking methods. This is a fun week to see your future culinarian  if they have what it takes to take on the heat of the kitchen. This Year we will be having the campers prepare a grand buffet. This is only for friends and family of the campers attending that week which will be welcome to purchase tickets for dinner on Friday from 5:30 - 7:00pm.  Camp is located at First Presbyterian Church at the Davis Hall at 65 Church Street from 9:00 to 2:00. Registration is $375 per camper if paying by credit card, $350 when paying with check or cash. To register we will email you a form once you paid. please fill out the registration form and email back or bring in to Table 11. To pay with credit card you need to go under ticket sales under which week you will be attending camp and make a payment.
